Intellectual property

The cards, the guide and the workshop content are released under the Creative Commons CC BY-SA 4.0 licence: you may use, share and adapt them, including in a professional setting, provided you credit the origin and share alike under the same licence. See the licence. The Collage is adapted from the AI Safety Collage by the CeSIA, inspired by the Climate Collage.

Personal data

The newsletter sign-up form collects your e-mail address for the sole purpose of sending you news about the Collage. This data is handled by Pause IA and is not shared with third parties. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as the right to unsubscribe at any time, by writing to contact@pauseia.fr.

Scheduling a workshop and signing up for one collect a first name and an e-mail address, to send confirmations, reminders and organising information. The details of a past workshop are deleted shortly after its date.

In addition, Pause IA keeps the first name and e-mail address of facilitators and participants in a separate register, in order to follow up on the collage (thanks, invitations to facilitate, useful information) and to produce activity statistics. The legal basis is the association's legitimate interest in growing the collage. This data is never shared with third parties, is not used for advertising, and access is restricted to the team. You can object to this follow-up (unsubscribe) or ask for your data to be erased at any time by writing to contact@pauseia.fr; we act on such requests promptly.

The online collage requires no account and no e-mail address: only the first name entered to join a session is used, for the duration of the workshop. Sessions are automatically deleted after a few hours of inactivity. If the facilitator downloads the picture of the finished collage, it is also stored on our servers so it can be attached to the e-mail sent to the group after the workshop, then deleted as soon as that e-mail goes out, and in any case within seven days.

Audience measurement

The site measures its traffic anonymously, with no cookie and no advertising tracker, and never tracks visitors across sites. For each page view, only the page visited, the source (the referring site's domain name) and the language are counted; no IP address and no visitor identifier is retained. The data is hosted by Pause IA and is used solely for aggregate statistics. This measurement honours your browser's "Do Not Track" and "Global Privacy Control" signals: if either is enabled, no data is sent.
