Facilitate the AI Risks Collage
You don't need to be an AI expert to facilitate a collage. The material carries the content and the facilitator guide prepares you. Your role isn't to lecture, but to guide the group. You deal the cards, you set the pace and you keep the conversation flowing. It is the participants who build the collage.
The facilitator guide is your starting point, in person as well as online. It sets out the flow of the workshop, the order of the card batches and gives tips for facilitating.
Facilitating is completely free: the material is open (CC BY-SA), with no account and no fees.

In person
Simply download and print the deck of cards and the facilitator guide. All that's left is to find a room and bring a large sheet of white paper for the collage.
Online
Our online collage tool opens a shared board on which participants build their collage together, each from their own screen.
Finding participants
In both cases, if you're looking for participants, you can schedule your workshop: it will be added to the calendar in the Attend tab.
Schedule a workshop
Choose the format, date and number of seats. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail holding every link you need: the one to share so people can register, the one that opens your session on the day, and the one to move or cancel the workshop. No code to note down or type in. A public workshop appears in the list on the Attend page; a private one is reachable only through the link you circulate. For an online workshop, your link opens the online Collage directly.
Manage an existing workshop
Open the "move the workshop" link from your confirmation e-mail: the workshop is recognised automatically, you only enter your e-mail.
Move this workshop
A change of date? Enter your facilitator e-mail and the new date: registrants are notified automatically.
Cancel this workshop
Made a mistake? Enter your facilitator e-mail to remove it from the list. (The "cancel" link in your e-mail also does it in one click.)
